I have lost the services folder in my active directory
integrated zone, is there any way to get them back? This
is my only dns server.

Please clarify this, what folder is missing?
Neither Win2k or Win2k3 have a services folder in an AD zone.
Win2k has
_sites
_tcp
_udp
_msdcs
in addtion Win2k3 also has:
domaindnszones
forestdnszones
and Win2k3 may also have an addtional forward lookup zone named:
_msdcs.<dnsdomainname>

You should be able to restart the "NetLogon" service on a
properly configured DC to get them back (reboot works too
but is overkill).

The DC must be able to find the dynamic DNS server (DC
NIC properties set ONLY to that DNS server [set] usually
is correct.)

You could just recreate them <right click>Net Subdomain <grin>
