Each server is a DC and host DNS and wins
My DNS zone is active directory integrated

You are required install/enable each DNS "Server", but most of the time
the ZONE will just show up on the other DCs if the zone is AD Integrated.

Changes will be replicated to all servers which hold that same zone.

If you have an AD Integrated DNS Server "set" then all of the DCs holding
that (same) zone will replicate the changes.

If you have Secondary servers for a zone, they will replicate the changes
from another server of that same zone.

They will replicate the changes if everything is working correctly.
