active directory snap-in failed to open

Hi

When I a, trying to open active directory snap-in I am
getting the following error message

Naming Convention could not be located because:
No authority could be contacted for authentication.
Contact your system administrator to verify that your
domain is properly configured and is currently online.

I follow the steps described on the article

Even now I am experiencing same problem
