Unable to open Active Directory user and computers snap-in

Hi all,

I get an error message " Naming Information cannot be located because: The
specified direcotry service attribute or value does not exist. Contact your
system administrator to verify that your domain is properly configured and
is currently in use" when i try to open active directory uses and computers
snap-in and Active directory sites and services.
But if I use the account with Domain Admin right, I am able to open the snap-in

Kindly help me in resolving the issuee.

Are you logged-on as a domain user or local user when you get this message?
