Active Directory Passwords

Does anyone know of a product that will collect user passwords from Active
Directory? If not, I'd like to know how administrators deal with the need to
log on as a user account if they don't know the user's password. Thanks.

with the need to log on as a user account if they don't know the
user's password.

They have the user logon for them and/or they change the password and give
the user a temporary password to use the next time they log in and force
them to change the temporary password when they login next.
