Active directory licence question

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help me. If I have a windows 2000
server with 15 client licences and I want to put in
another server do i need to purchase additional licences
for the same users.

The use of the second server will be for an intranet, sql
service and maybe an external website eventually. I have
been told that i may need to purchase another 15 client
licences for the clients to access this server. The role
of the main server is for domain login/ active directory
etc.

Any information would be great.

I think that if people aren't going to use it for file/print, you don't need
CALs for Windows (altho you may need them for SQL). However, all licensing
questions are best asked of MS or a licensed reseller directly.
