That's really a matter of opinion. In larger environments AD integrated
zones make management much easier but for me personally I'd use AD
integrated zones in a single DNS environment. And in fact I do

Thank you very much for that.
I have a primary and a secondary dns server in my domain. Shal i change the
primary dns server first to AD integrated and then wait for replication and
then change the secondary dns server to ad integrated.
let me know if these steps are ok or if you have a better method please let
me know.

and would be easier on you.

this method, please verify.

Correct. Change one of them to AD Integrated. Depending on your replication
partnership, (if you only have the two servers and they're in the same
site), you can either wait 5 minutes or you can go into Sites and Servics
and force replication. Once you've done either, then goto the other one and
change it to AD Integrated and the zone appears.
If you want to, yes, no problem.

After making both primary and secondary dns servers to AD integrated.
Which dns servers do i point all the clients/servers to. Do i add both dns
servers ip address under tcpip and if so in what order?

Yes, point them to both. Use the faster less accessed DC as the 1st one.
Usually I would recommend using the DC that does NOT hold the PDC Emulator
Role. You can check which machine holds that role by either a dcdiag /v
(need to install W2k Tools from CD to get that command) or goto ADUC,
rt-click your domain name, choose Ops Masters. Under PDC Emulator tab, the
top one in the box is the guy holding the role. Choose the other machine as
the first entry.
As for the DCs DNS entries, use this method below. It will eliminate some
known minor issues ....
On DC1:
1st is DC2's IP address
2nd is DC1's IP address
On DC2:
1st is DC1's IP address
2nd is DC2's IP address
