active browser

When I try to clean up my internet cookies(with norton
utilities) I get a message that I have a active internet
browser, how do i find out whats on? I checked everything
i'm aware of with no luck, missing something-somewhere!

Windows XP uses Internet Explorer as Windows Explorer. Try doing the cookie
clean-up in Safe mode.
