i cant open the activdoc file is says Cannot find file
///:/activdoc/intro.htm'. make sure the path or internet address is
correct???????? dont know what to do.

Hi Ramesh, its a packard bell support center that came with my laptop,whn i
go into help and support from the sart menu.

Branded systems usualy have customized Help and Support. I'd suggest you
contact their support team regarding the error. activdoc/intro.htm, as this
does not look like a standard item in XP Help.
