I'm installing Win XP Home on a computer that will not,
at this, time be connected to the internet. The computer
is being built at a different site than where it will be
used.

1. If I connect to the internet to activate Win XP and
later need to reactivate, do I need to reconnect to the
internet or can I then do it by telephone?

2. If I now activate Win XP through one ISP, can I later
reactivate it through a different ISP address?

Ron;
1. For activation or reactivation, phone or internet will work OK.

2. It makes no difference.
Windows product Activation has no way of knowing or caring which ISP
is used.
