So let me get this straight..you appear to think that, by activating WINDOWS
XP, Office XP will miraculously appear on your computer? Office has never
been included with Windows. As it sounds to me like this is an OEM
installation, may I suggest you contact your supplier? MS do not provide any
support whatsoever for OEM installations.

Your post is a little unclear.
Did you Activate Windows XP?
Did you also Activate Office XP?
They are separate and must each be done.
With Office, you can use it 50 times without activating.
Office will periodically warn that activation is necessary with a
countdown with how many uses are available.
Open Office, click Help and click Activate.

However if you already activated and you did not get the messages
about needing to activate, this is not an activation issue but is
something else.

What do you mean by "suppose to be included"?
Is Office XP installed on the computer?
Office XP has never been a part of any Microsoft OS.

If you have an OEM computer, you may have issues with the seller but
not Microsoft.
I suggest you contact the seller where the support comes from.

Give details of exactly what is happening and someone may be able to
help.
