Something caused the activation to die. Go through the activation
process and use the phone number for your country and tell them what
happened.

Go through the activation process but select the 'telephone' option. This is
an automated line so you will need to input the generated numbers from the
activation screen on your pc into your telephone keypad. In return the
automated line will give you another set of numbers that you need to input
into the dialogue boxes on your computer screen. If activation fails, then
'stay' on the telephone, you will then be transferred to a 'real' person.
Explain to them what has happens and they should be able to help you.
