(activation) moving XP Professional to another computer

I purchased a license for XP Professional, and want to remove the
installation from my computer, and install it on my new machine. Is
this possible? It would still only be present on one machine.

Yes - as long as this is NOT an OEM copy/license.
Otherwise you are free to move it to another machine. Please note you may
be required to activate via the telephone.
