transferring XP to another computer

I purchased a license for Windows XP and had it installed on my computer
about 4 years ago. I now want to retire that computer and install XP on my
new computer. I can not find the system discs. Is there a process for doing
this if I do not have the discs?

If this is an OEM license you cannot transfer it to another PC per the EULA,
if it's a retail copy, use Carey's suggestion.

Thanks. I did that and my replacement discs are on the way for what I
consider a nominal charge.
