Activating Windows XP home after reformat

I had to format the HD several times and now when I try to
activate windows i get a message that the product has been
activeted too many times and does not allow me to activate
the product. It is an original Dell computer with
preloaded software and I'm using the recover disk that
came with the equipment. How do I reactivate XP??

You need to select the "activate by telephone" option.
