Activating office 2007 on new computer

I just recently purchased a new HP laptop that has microsoft office suites
2007 on it. Every time i try to use the programs it prompts me for an
activation product key. The key that i found says that it is incorrect. Can
anyone help me please???

Microsoft products have an installation key ( printed on the media
packaging) and then require activation either via the internet or by
telephone. If the automatic activation doesn't work, use the telephone
contact number. If the installation key doesn't work, contact the PC
supplier (unless it is a retail version of Office, in which case see -
