Reaccuring configuration with Office 2007

I have installed Office 2007 on newly purchased laptops. No other versions of
Office ever resided on the drive. All of the programs in the Enterprise suite
must run a configuration before the software will launch. How do I fix this?

Log on as an Administrator and see if that enables the installation to
complete correctly.
