Hi. I am new to this so please bare with me. My question is is it possible to
activate windows on my old computer using this computer.

As no-one except you can see your computers, we haven't a clue!
 
No, you may only activate windows on the computer that it is installed on.

You either do it over the internet from the computer it question or call the
number presented on the computer screen when internet activation doesn't
work.
