ACT 2000 Integration

I have intermitant crashing of both Outlook 2002 and ACT
2000 when I try to integrate Outlook as the email client
in ACT. Has anyone else had any similar issues? I find no
information on the ACT website. Outlook now hangs
frequently under various conditions. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled Office XP.

We are using ACT2000 and Outlook 2002. I have seen many
of my users complaining of their ACT freezing or shutting
down. I have not come up with a solution either.
