Sometimes, the IE6 cannot activiate acrobat reader when reading pdf files.

is there any setting about that?

thanks.

Check the Properties of Adobe Reader. Launch Adobe, click on File | Preferences
| General. Verify that "Web Browser Integration" is enabled.

If that's okay, I'd suspect a corrupted plug-in for IE. If suspect,
uninstall/reinstall the Adobe Reader.

Thanks Eric

Thanks for your advice.

The situation is not always. The screen looks like the server is down.

apparently the acrobat reader is not activated in the frame of Internet
Explorer.

May i know it is a problem from IE/acrobat or the remote site of which the
pdf is being called from.

Thanks a lot.

I'm not sure of what you're asking or even if you're asking for anything.

If you're not sure whether the problem is being caused by the remote server or
your client app, then maybe you could post a few URLs of websites that are
problematic for you and we could then try them ourselves and report our findings
back to you.
