Acrobat Reader

I am having trouble getting Acrobat Reader installed, can
someone help. I get all the way through the install, or
nearly through, and it gives me a error message, error
1317 something about the internet explorer plugin and then
i have to exit out of it with the install not complete.
Can any tell me what to do, if anything???

If you have an earlier version of Acrobat Reader installed, uninstall it
before you attempt to install the new version.
