Hello,
I,m having problems with my Acer (Banq) 620U scanner under W2K (sp4). Under W98
everything is working fine.
I`ve loaded the latest drivers forW2k (mirascanv403u10) but still getting
the error message "read image data failure, please restart the scanner" : code[2882:1118].

Is there someone who knows what the problem might be?

Thanks
Korpy.

How Do I Install Scanner Drivers?

The file for download is a self-extracting ZIP file. After you download the
file please follow these steps: For "P" Series Scanners being used with
Windows XP Download This Installation Guide or go to the help page.
1.. Double-click the icon of the scanner driver file you downloaded and
click on "Unzip".
2.. The Driver will now be located in a folder with the name of the file
you downloaded in you current directory (where you downloaded the file).
3.. Open the driver folder and look for "Setup.exe". Double-click on
"Setup.exe".

4.. Scanner driver installation will be started automatically. Follow the
instructions on screen to proceed.
