Accounts button missing in Outlook 2002

When sending a message in Outlook 2002, you can select
which account to send from by pressing the "Accounts" drop-
down. I've had to reinstall Outlook, and this button is
not there anymore, and I can't find it to add it by
customising the toolbar. Has anyone else experienced this
problem and found how to fix it?

Try resetting the toolbar... you might want to check your account settings
to confirm they are properly setup as Outlook won't show the button with
only one account.
