Account Problem

hey on my main accound that is like administrator it has all my files and everything and i created a new user just as a computer administrator and then i logged out of the main one and now i cant find it and when i turn of my computer i cant get back on my main administrator all it shows me is a recycle bin and an internet connection can somebody plese help me????? thanks
 
Boot your pc in safemode. (press either F8 or Ctrl just before the windows logo screen) choose safemode from the menu. when windows loades, it will show logon screen. your Administrator account will be there.
 
ok i did that but after i restart and choose safe mode i see my administrators thing i click on it it works good but when i restart it goes back to my other account? should i delete the old account or what? thanks
