Account not recieving email alerts

Hello
My MSN6 stoped yesterday, for no apparent reasons to store and later display
new email alerts (hotmail account) from previous sessions, not showing email
alters for emails received while not logged on.
This is specific to my account, other accounts on the same computer work
normaly (also hotmail), this same account has the same problem on 3
computers I tested. After many diferent processes (uninstall, registry
clean) and of course trying in 3 computers, I even tried trillian, which
logged onto MSN ok but no email alerts either. I conclude the problem is on
the hotmail or MSN server with MY account!
What can I do to fix this, I mean locally I could try many things, but not
on those servers, can anyone please help me?

It can "stop" giving you the alerts if your Hotmail account isn't active. To make it active
again, sign-in to Hotmail via the Hotmail website:
http://www.hotmail.com.
