account lockout

My account repeatedly locks out. Originally I assumed
someone was trying to compromise my password, but after
checking the security log the attempts are coming from my
pc. What could be causing this? My account lock's out
several times per day even when I am logged on.

I have changed my network password in the last 10
days....but no special services running.

Any thoughts? The failure audits are all different. One
reads "ticket request failed. Service Name krbtgt" but
others have a service name of host.
