User Account Lockout

L

Leighton Evans

Hi all,
I need some advice for a problem i have. When a user changes
his/her password, they will get account lockout problems frequently even
while they are logged on. It was even happening to me. I would return to
work on a morning to find my account was locked out even though i had only
logged in once the previous day. we do use the Citrix client on all our
p.c's which are set to single sign-on, perhaps they are causing issues after
password changes? But why 7 days later still?. we have over 30 D.C's and i
was wondering wether this was a replication issue. I've checked the logs of
the DC's and only really see w32time service problems .
Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

When account lockouts occur it is usually a result of an app sending a bad
password when attempting to authenticate the user. There are several ways
to go about troubleshooting this. Take a look at the following resources
