Account locked

Running Vista Business on a ThinkPad T43. The laptop is a member of a
workgroup named workgroup. I am a consultant so I visit/authenticate to many
different corp domains for use of printers, exchange, shares, etc. If I
shutdown my laptop and move from one domain to another everything works fine.
When I hibernate my laptop and move from one domain to another my account on
the new domain will be locked shortly after connecting to the domain
un-hibernating my laptop. I assume it is caching my credintials from the
previous domain and trying the alloted number of times and then locking my
account.

Is my assumptions true or is something else going on here?
Is there a better way or what is the best way to configure my laptop to
allow this type of multi-domain connection?

I don't mind entering separate credentials for each domain that I connect to.

1. Do you use account with the same name on both domains and the workgroup?
2. Is the password different on the two/three accounts?

One way to get rid of this behavior is to store the credentials for each
domain. Open the User Accounts control panel and click "Manage your network
passwords." Click "Add" an add a credential for *.<domain FQDN>. Make sure
you use the domain\username or user@domain notation for the username.
