Account default in Outlook 2003

Even though I have set my account as the default for sending out email, if
another user in the family sends out an email on their account, then that
account becomes the default for all email that gets sent out. How can I make
the default stick? I am using WinXP Pro.

This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access databases.
You are much more likely to find an answer in a group
devoted to your subject.

Actually I was in the usergroup for Outlook 2003 so not sure how it got
posted here.
