My wife and I have separate user accounts. Earlier this
PM I installed XP service pack 2. Unfortunately, when my
wife tries to access her account, the system will not let
her in. After clicking her access button, the login
screen comes back on. My access works fine. I don't want
to switch back to the previous XP version if there is a
simple fix. Helppppppppppppp!

if u're an administrator, delete her account(you can keep her personal
folders when u delete the account), then create a new one
