Depends on your OS
- have your tried opening IIS (Administrative Tools) and check the SE and permissions there

| Stefan,
|
| I opened Site
http://localhost.
| I clicked on Tools, Server, and I see Administration Home, but it's grayed
| out.
| Do I need to change something so that Administration Home isn't grayed out?
| I went into Permissions and user and servername\IUSR_Program-1 has the
| rights to administer, browse and author.
|
| Do you have any suggestions about how to remove the FrontPage Website which
| is
http://localhost? Would reinstalling IIS help?
|
| Thanks for your help.
