Accidently deleted Autoexec.bat and Config.sys help restore

Autoexec.Bat and Config.Sys are not used by Windows XP. The files
are there for compatibility with legacy programs. You can create
files of one byte with Notepad and save them under those names in
the root directory of your boot drive. If programs need to write to
those files, Windows XP will move the corresponding lines to
Autoexec.Nt or Config.Nt as needed and leave the files as empty
place holders.
