Accidently delete the automatically generated site

I have to DC running AC, accidently delete the automatically generated in
server 1.
I try to create the entry back , and do the replcate now. the error msg

the following error occured during attemp to synchronize the DC, could not
find the DC for this Domain.
this condition may be caused by DNS loomkup problem. pls see
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/LinkId=5171

how can I restore back the automatically generated setting or hor to rectify
this problem.

I just want to be able to do the replcate site server.

I can resolve the server1 & server 2 computer names.

Hello DD,

As mentioned in the posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.dns group,
please do not post one question after another. This all stick together with
your starting post "Migrate to new server" from 26.11.2008 09:15AM.
