Replace crash server

We have two DC running , server1 & server2, server 2 crash, we will replace
the new server for server 2, in site & service , do I need to delete the
server 2 from server 1 NTDS setting. we will use back the same computer name
..

Or will the system automatic create the site in server1 for the new server .

As mentioned in the posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.dns group,

You will need to DCPROMO the server with the /FORCE option to remove it.
Then do a meta data cleanup. The MS KB has lots of documents on how to
do this.
