Accidentally deleting sub folders

I accidentally deleted 2 sub folders form Outlook. Is there a way I can get
the contents back?
 
Are they in the Deleted folder? do you use Exchange Server? If the answer to
either is No, you probably can't recover them, but see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/recover_deleted.htm for steps to try.
