Accidentally Deleted Recycle Bin

I accidentally deleted my recycle bin from my desktop. I
have tried everything including installing the registry
file to add it through folder options, however when i add
it, nothing is there.

I have windows Xp Home

If not, open Registry Editor and navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\ClassicStartMenu
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel
Set {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}to 0
