Accessories not on Program List

Accessories are not on Program list.

Dell Inspiron 8100. After reinstall of XP pro on new hard drive, Accessories
are not on the Programs list. I tried article "The Accessories program group
is not displayed on the All Programs menu in Windows XP" Arrticle ID 891893.
In following the steps in the article, I would get a "file not found error
message" but I found the missing file, "calc.chm" (or something similar) and
was able to get to "Finish" but Accessories are still not on program list. I
was able to find the Calculator program and can run it, but would like to
have all the Accessories back like I used to have them.
