Accessing the FAT16 partition

Dear all,

I used fdisk to partition my DoM in DoS.

Again, i used bootprep and Foramt c:\ to create XPe the media and
formatted it.

Now, when I booted from another HDD in XPe, XPe could not find the
FAT16 partition.

Can anyone know how to find this FAT16 partition? What are the files
that are needed in XPe to recgonise FAT16 partition.

FAT16 and FAT32 are supported by same filesystem driver.

Dear Slobodan,

The partition is shown with a question mark. I have already added the
FAT component in the configuration file.

Any other clues to me.

What can you tell me about this DOM device?

Is it removable or fixed?
Why do you use format and fdisk from dos. Why not from XP.
