Accessing saved data on CD

I just upgraded from Windows ME to XP and am now unable
to access files/folders from a disk. If I insert a CD
disk that I had previously saved pictures and other work
on with ME, with XP it now says the CD is blank. ???
 
This is just a wild guess, but you may have to install a UDF Reader on XP.
