I cannot access one website on my computer and I do not
have a firewall or anything. I have also checked to
internet options and everything is fine. This site was
working for the last year until now. I have not changed
anything.

My exact problem. No one here seems to have the knowledge to "resolve" this one.

Sometimes a site really *does* have "technical difficulties" and is
unavailable. But if you know the site is accessible to other computers, it's
most likely your anti-virus program that's causing the problem. If you don't
have one, that could also be your problem.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

If still no joy remove the cookie associated with the site.

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
