Accessing Network via RAS

I have a disgruntled ex-employee who is accessing my
network via the VPN and is messing with my files, this
same employee also has the administrator code? HELP what
can I do to shut this person out of my network? He has
changed the administrator code and I do not know what it
is? PLEEEEEEEEEEZE help.

there is a utility that can reset the administrator
password using a boot disk, and you dont need to know
what it currently is to change it. The utility is called
ntfsboot.exe.
