Accessing Hotmail

When I try to access my hotmail account, I get the web
page is not available site, but then other times it
works. Looking for some assistance in adjusting my web
browser so I can access all the time

Try to block any text scanning utility such as "ntsearch", I have found that
every time I manage to login to my hotmail account sithout the text scanning
I manage to work without your type of problems.
