Accessing Frontpage after System Recovery

Recently I had to perform a system recovery on my
computer. But after I performed the system recovery I can
no longer access my Frontpage 2002 program. I keep
getting the message "Microsoft Frontpage has not been
installed for the current user. PLease run setup to
install the application."

re-installing from the CD rom does not work. So how do I
get into the program? Any help would bne appreciated
