Accessing e-mails from another computer

If I've downloaded my optusnet e-mails through outlook onto an old computer.
Is it possible to get these e-mails onto my new computer.

export them to a pst file (file/import and export/export to a file/pst
file/etc) and open it on the other computer, File/open/outlook data file
