accessing a specific web site

I cannot access the jazzercise site. www.jazzercise.com,
Earthlink says it's a problem with the web site,
Jazzercise says it's a Earthlink problem. I can access
every other web site on the web.

Try accessing it by it ip address: 63.163.241.20
If you get it to come up that way, then call earthlink and tell them you get
it by ip address, its probably their dns server tables.

I'll go with purplhaz here or check your host file and if running Norton
internet security it could be that also may have to add it as a trusted site
had this happen with my own website weird for sure
