Accessablity Options Toggle Keys won't work

Furball

Currently I am unable to get my Toggle Keys to make a sound when
pressed. I hav e even tried holiding the NUM LOCK down for 5 secs to
enable the option but it won't work.

Other sounds on the machine are fine but I would like the option to
work for the CAPS LOCK.

What's wrong with it?

Thank you!

If that doesn't help:

Kely,

thank you very much, I have used your page in the past and love it.
Unfortunately that didn't help my problem. Heck maybe there is no
speaker on the MB to allow me to hear it!

Right now I have far more trouble than that and fear I have to
reformat to cure it, the restore points don't help me. I get a system
protection error ( or something similar when I boot up) many programs
aren't even there anymore, the .exes are gone!

Thanks again you're the best!
