Access

I have been working with Office 2000, and developing
databases on Access 2000. Some people in my office have
not been upgraded to Office 2000 - still working under
Office 97, thus they cannot use my 2000 databases. When I
tied to convert the 2000s to 97s, the system would not let
me, indicating missing files and such. I just tried to
reinstall Office 97. Everything works fine, EXCEPT Access -
it tells me that "Access is not licensed to run on this
PC" What gives????

It's a bug. Go to http://support.microsoft.com and search the
Knowledge Base for article 191224; it explains how to install A97
safely.
