Access was not able to perform this operation because the project is not connect

Hi There,

having a random problem with an Access 2000 project. I
cannot think of anything that may have caused it!

I use an Access project to connect to an SQL database on
the net. It was working fine until last week - all I had
to do was open the project, type in my username/password
& hepresto!

Now when it asks me for my username/pwd I get the
following message:

"Access was not able to perform this operation because
the project is not connected to a SQL database"

If I enter an incorrect user/pwd I get the same error so
I assume it is something to do with my computer rather
than the connection (I have another PC which shares the
same internet connection & the project works fine).

I am using Windows XP Pro
