We are looking for a different database to use for our client information and
have been using ACT for years.....it does have issues and wondered if anyone
has converted from ACT to Access and finds it work better ? Can you also
convert the ACT database information to Access?

Yes, you can convert ACT to Access, but it leaves you with a large flat file
table. You have plenty of work left to make a real database out of it.

Since you can build the Access database into anything you want, you can
customize it to your hearts content. The only issues will be those you
create.
