Access violation

Hi There
Everytime I use the IE 6 and close down I get the message:
"access violation at 0x00434126(tried to read from
0x00000004), program terminated"
can anyone help?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back

I think it did help installing spybot. I had installed
Adaware but it is obviously not enough.
So far no problem , let's see in the next few days.

I tried again later and the nuisance is back again. Have
